2 lb bag of diced potatoes, thawed completely
16 oz sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup butter cracker crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Mix diced potatoes, sour cream, cream of celery soup, 2 cups shredded cheese, and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45-60 mins. or until potatoes are soft.
