Cake:
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 cup flour
2 cup crushed pineapple

Icing:
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1 small can pet milk
1 cup coconut
1 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavor
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar and pineapple, flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well.

Icing:
In sauce pan, mix butter, sugar, pet milk.
Boil 2 to 3 minutes.
Add coconut, nuts, vanilla and lemon flavoring.
Spread over hot cake
