1 cube butter
1/2 chopped nuts
1 cup flour
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool-whip
4.5 oz pkg Lemon pudding & pie filling (not instant)
Lemon Juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, nuts and flour. Knead until blended and spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip together.

Cook pudding as directed adding a touch of lemon juice. Let cool.

Put dessert together in layers in the following order:
Crust
Cream Cheese mixture
Lemon Pie mixture
Cool Whip

Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving
