2 large cucumbers pared and very thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dairy sour cream (Imo)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 1/2 tsp finely chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly toss cucumbers with 1 tsp salt and chill
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, remaining salt, onion, sugar and pepper.
Drain cucumbers and toss with sour cream mixture - return to the refrigerator. Chill well about 2 hours.
