Cream Puffs Recipe

1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
3 eggs
pinch of baking soda

1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. butter
2 T. flour
whipped cream

In a sauce pan, pour boiling water over butter. Again bring to a boil; add flour and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. When cool, add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating after each egg. Then, add baking soda. Mix. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes.

For Filling: Boil ingredients until thick. Fill each puff with 1 T. filling and 1 T. whipped cream.
