2-3 Tyson Cornish Game Hens (halved)
¼ c. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
¾ c. melted butter
¾ c. firmly packed fresh parsley
1 small garlic clove, cut in half
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. each of basil and thyme
Pepper to taste
8 oz. spaghetti

Directions:

Combine oil and lemon juice and pour over cornish, coating evenly. Bake 1 hour at 350ºF. in preheated oven. In blender or food processor combine remaining seasoning ingredients. Blend at high speed until parsley is minced, set aside. During last 15 minutes of baking, brush both sides of cornish halves wiht half herb mixture. At the time cornish are seasoned, bring water for spaghetti to rapid boil in pan and cook. Drain; toss with remaining herb mixture. Place cooked pasta on hot serving platter. Arrange cornish on top and serve immediately.
Serves 4-6.
