1 (2½ to 3lbs) frying chicken, cut up
⅓ c. flour (salt and pepper)
⅓ c. salad oil
1 (13oz) can Hunt's Tomato Paste
2 c. chicken bouillon
1 c. chopped celery
½ c. chopped green pepper
½ c. whole mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. sugar
⅓ c. dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken pieces with seasoned flour.
Brown well in oil. Remove excess fat.
Combine remaining ingredients, except wine and pour over chicken.
Cover skillet and simmer 35 minutes.
Add wine and simmer 15 minutes longer.
Makes 4 servings.
