2 Cups diced Green Bell Peppers
1 1/2 Cup diced Green Tomatoes
2 Cups Diced Sweet Bell Peppers
2 Cups diced Green Cabbage
2 Cups diced Sweet Onion
1 Tbsp Salt
3/4 Cup granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Water
3/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1 1/2 tsp Mustard Seed
1/2 tsp crushed Red Pepper
1/4 tsp Celery Seed
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Black Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Use a large non-reactive skillet, bring water, salt, sugar and spices to a simmer.
2. Add vinegar and bring to a boil before adding vegetables, continue to cook and stir for 5 to 10 minutes until tender.
3 Transfer to glass jars and refrigerate.
4. Will keep for 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator. .
