Marinade:
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ rice vinegar
1 tbsp. Sriracha
1-3 tbsp. Ginger, freshly grated (depends on your taste)
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Fresh Tuna Fish

Directions:

Mix the marinade ingredients and place in a ziplock bag with the fish. Refrigerate about an hour or a little less.

After drying off the marinade, coat the filet with olive oil and season with a little cracked black pepper and a few sesame seeds before searing it.

Sear 2 minutes per side, in a blazing hot cast iron skillet with oil. The center will be pink and rare and the outside is a dark golden brown.
