2 tsp dark sesame oil
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
24 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 12 oz)
1/2 tsp kosher salt, divided
8 (1 1/4 oz) wheat sliders
2 Tbsp finely chopped celery
3 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
1 Tbsp plain 2% reduced fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp finely chopped shallots (can use regular onion)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp ground red pepper

1. Preheat broiler
2. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add ginger; cook 1 minute. Sprinkle shrimp with 1/4 tsp salt. Add shrimp to pan; cook 3 minutes until done. Keep warm.
3. Arrange buns in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut sides up. Broil 45 seconds or until toasted. Combine celery and next 4 ingredients (through juice)in a medium bowl, stir in remaining 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. Place lettuce on bottom half of bun. Top with 1 Tbsp mayonnaise mixture and 3 shrimp. Cover with top halves of buns.
