⅔ c. sliced or chopped carrots
½ c. onion
2 garlic cloves
3 c. fat free chicken broth
1½ c. cabbage
½ c. green beans
1 tbsp. tomato paste
½ tsp. basil
¼ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots, onion and garlic in large pot. Add broth, cabbage, green beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil, simmer 15 minutes, add zucchini the last 4 minutes.
