2 eggs
½ c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter (melted and cooled)
1 tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 c. pecan (chopped coarsely)
1 c. light Karo syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 300º

Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, butter, flour and salt in a large bowl; add syrup and pecans; mix well and pour into a 9-inch pie shell. Bake for one hour or until brown and set.
