2 c.cornmeal
½ c. flour
1½ tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/8 c. oil

Directions:
Preheat oven 400º

Mix dry ingredients, add egg, milk and oil. Stir until lumpy. If too dry, add a little more milk.

Bake 20-25 minutes until browned and toothpick comes out clean.
