3 c. water
1½ c. rice
1tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tbsp. butter
⅓ c green onion
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 3 cups water and salt to a boil, add rice, simmer approximately 20-25 minutes until done.

Melt butter in skillet, cook eggs and onion until done. Add rice, saute over medium heat until lightly browned.

Mix 1/4 cup water with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, stir into rice.
