2 small boxes instant pudding
2 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream, whipped

Directions:

Blend 2 instant pudding boxes with 2 cups milk
When it is blended, fold the whipped cream into it.
chill.
This makes a great filling for cream puffs or filling for a special cake

I am not including a cream puff recipe because they can be found in any baking cook book.
I got a slightly different version of this recipe from my friend Bonnie Lani but altered it a bit to make it a more pudding like taste.
I did not specify the flavor of pudding. I use vanilla, but I think this would work well with chocolate pudding also.
