2 cups chopped onions
3 cups chopped celery
3 tbsp butter
Salt & Pepper
5 cups milk
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup margaine
1 lb medium cheddar cheese
cooked shrimp
cooked scallops

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery in butter
Melt 1/2 cup of margarine in saucepan; add flour, salt and pepper, stir
Add mild, stirring continuously until thickened
Add celery, onions and cheese
When cheese melts, add seafood
Put into casserole dish bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes
Serve over pastry shells

I have used raw seafood as well, just make sure you cook it in the sauce until cooked
