Mix : 3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup all purpose flour

Grease cookie sheet , pour dough on and bake at 375* for 15 min.

Filling
12 oz cream cheese
6 tbsp butter , softened
1 1/2 cups conf. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

After dough bakes flip it onto parchment paper and roll up .
Put in fridge and let cool
Unroll and spread on filling then re roll let chill !
