½ cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
¾ cup molasses
¼ sugar
⅓ cup milk
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, molasses and milk. Mix and then add dry ingredients. Place in a double boiler greased and steam for 1 ½ hours.
