1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
9 inch pie crust

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Bake 15 minutes, then at 350 for about 35 more minutes until done. Test with knife - when comes out clean its done.
