Ingredients:  
2 c. sugar
c. butter
c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oats

Directions:
Directions:
Toss oats in large bowl. Line counter with wax paper.

Mix sugar, cocoa, butter & milk in pan, stirring frequently, bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir until melted, add vanilla.

Add to oats, mix well and drop onto wax paper.

Let cool.
