4-6 boneless pork chops, thin, or pound them to thin
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can of water in soup can
2 T bacon grease

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in bacon grease in skillet (with a lid), about 3 minutes on each side. Remove pork chops. Add mushroom soup, and soup can full of water. Heat till boiling. Put in pork chops and scoop gravy onto pork chops. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, turning pork chops every 15 minutes.

Serve with rice.
