2 10 oz pkgs frozen corn
1 C heavy cream (or half n half)
1 t salt
2 T sugar
2 T butter
1/2 t pepper
1/2 C whole milk
2 T flour
1/2 C freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, over medium heat, combine corn, cream, salt, sugar, butter, and pepper. Separately, whisk together the milk and flour, then stir into corn mixture. Cook, stirring on medium heat till mixture thickens and corn is cooked. Remove from heat, stir in parmesan cheese till melted. Serve hot... right after preparation.
