1 cup raw unsalted peanuts
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and syrup. Stir in peanuts. Microwave on high for 8 minutes, stirring well with wooden spoon after 4 minutes. Add butter and vanilla and cook 1 minute. Remove and stir in soda until light and foamy. Pour onto greased baking sheet. Break into pieces when cool.

Note: I use a 2 quart glass container to cook this and a wooden spoon to stir with.
