1- 8oz. pkg. bowtie noodles
4 Tbsp. Butter or margarine
1 small onion,minced
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
1 1/2 C. milk
1 chicken flavored boullion (I use Better than Boullion so 1 tsp.)
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1- 6.5 to 7 oz. can tuna, drained & flaked
1- 2 oz. jar diced pimentos, drained (optional)
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile in a saucepan over medium heat melt butter & cook onions until tender, stirring
occasionally. Stir in flour until blended. Cook one minute. Gradually stir in milk, boullion, salt and pepper. Cook until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly. Stir in pimentoes and tuna and heat thoroughly. Gently toss pasta in saucepan
w/tuna mixture. Mix well. Spoon into a warm bowl, garnish w/parsley. Serve.
