1 lb. (very lean) ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cups tomato juice
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. Taco seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef almost done. Add onion and cook until onion is tender. Stir often. Add tomato juice, corn, all beans and taco seasoning mix. Stir well and heat throughout, but do not boil! Serve with corn chips or crackers.
