1 lb. ground beef or pork sausage
1 can Bavarian style Sauerkraut
1 can Cream of Celery Soup. (You can use cream of mushroom or chicken...etc)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 x 13 pan, (glass is better), place a layer of sliced potatoes, followed by a layer of sliced onions.
Add layer of ground meat (does not need to be precooked).

Mix 1 can of Bavarian style sauerkraut with a can of cream of celery soup; pour evenly on top of meat.
Bake at 350 for 1½ hrs.
When done, sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top and put back into oven for a few minutes.
