9 cups Rice Chex Cereal
1 1/4 cups white chocolate Chips
1/4 cup butter/margarine
4 tsp grated lemon peel/zest
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Into a large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.

In 1 qt bowl microwave chips, butter and lemon peel and juice uncovered on high for 1 minute then stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage bag,

Add powdered sugar, seal bag and gently shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper for foil to cool. Store in air tight container.
