Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1-1.5 lbs Ground Beef/Turkey
1-1.5 lbs Mild Pork Sausage
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1-12oz can Tomato Paste
1-15oz can Tomato Sauce
2-28oz can Diced/Crushed Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tsp Sea Salt
1-2 Bay leaves
4 cloves of Garlic (3-4 Tbsp pre- minced Garlic)
2 Tbsp Dried Basil
2 Tsp Oregano
1 Lg Diced Onion
2-3 Diced Zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Use a 6 Quart pot or bigger to Saute meats, olive oil and garlic on low heat till cooked through. Then add all tomatoes and onions and stir. Add next 5 spice ingredients and stir well. Keep excess oil out. cook on lowest heat for approx. 1.5-3 hours stirring occasionally and tasting. Add more seasoning to taste as needed.

This makes approx. 20-30 cups of sauce. I then divide into 5 cup measurements and freeze in individual 1 Qt Freezer bags to use for dinners. This makes wonderful Spaghetti, Sheppard's Pie, Lasagna and other pastas. This is my families favorite recipe so I hope you enjoy this as much as we did.

This is a take on my neighbors family recipe with minor changes to my liking. I will also be adding original recipe for those who like their sauce separate from their meat. Enjoy!
