6 tbsp. butter and chicken fat mixed
5 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
1 ½ c. seasoned chicken broth
1 c. cream or milk
2 c. diced chicken
Directions:
Directions:
Cook butter, flour, salt, and pepper until bubbly. Stir in cream and broth. Boil two minutes and add chicken
