3 c. diced Rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. oatmeal
c. butter, cold

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 370.
Combine rhubarb, sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, mix and set aside.
Combine brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and cut in butter to make crust.
Press crumb mixture into bottom of 9X12 pan. Put rhubarb mixture on top of crust and then put remaing crumb mix on top of rhubarb.
Bake for 40 minutes.
