Dried Morels-reconstituted & chopped *SAVE water
1/4 c chopped green onion tops (or shallots)
Garlic
Olive oil
Oyster sauce-to taste
Soy sauce-to taste
Cream cheese (add to desired consistency and taste
Sour cream (add to desired consistency and taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Reconstitute mushrooms, then strain to get grit out (save water if clean)

Cop a little green onion or shallot

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil

Add mushrooms-chopped a little (not too much)

Add some oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, salt, pepper & a dash or 2 of Tobasco

Add water if needed and cook about 10 min (until soft)

Turn off heat and fold in cream cheese to let it melt

Remove from pan and add sour cream

Place in fridge until chilled

Serve with crunchy bread
