2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
2 - 15 oz. cans great Northern or navy beans, rinsed and drained.
1 lb. kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 - 8 oz. cup tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
3 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Topping:
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Spray casserole with cooking spray.
Melt butter in skillet. Add carrots, onion and garlic. cook until onions soften.
Combine onion mixture, beans, sausage, tomato sauce and thyme in casserole.
Mix topping, combine melted butter bread crumbs, parsley and garlic. Sprinkle over top of casserole.
Cover and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
