2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 bag (10 ozs.) frozen organic spinach (thawed and drained well)
1 can (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2/3 cup sour cream
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh garlic (minced)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375º.
Mix together the Parmesan cheese, spinach and artichoke hearts.
Combine the remaining ingredients and mix with the spinach mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with crackers.

Can add 1 cup crabmeat if you want it to be really festive.
