24 fresh jalapeños
3cups whipped cream cheese
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
5 slices of quality bacon cooked and chopped
1 Tbl. Kosher salt
Freshly grated pepper (to taste)
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry the jalapeños.
Slice in half and take some seeds out if you don’t want them too hot.
In a food processor or mixer, mix the cheeses, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place the halved jalapeños on a baking sheet and one by one spoon the cheese mixture in each jalapeño.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes until cheese it melted.
