1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, eggs, vanilla. Stir in Peanut butter. Add all dry ingredients, stir until well mixed.
Make small balls and put on cookie sheet. Mash slightly with fork coated with flour to make cross on top of cookies.
Bake at 350º 10 minutes
