2 cartons chicken stock
7 green onions chopped
1 jalapeņo, seeded and chopped
4 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1/2 cup of roughly chopped cilantro
1 small package of frozen super sweet corn.
Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 an avacado per serving
Tortilla chips for garnish
Dark meat from rotisserie chicken
1 tablespoon cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, peppers, and garlic until tender. Add chicken and cumin, cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken stock, corn, and cilantro, heat through. Salt to taste. Serve over 1/2 of a roughly chopped avacado. Sprinkle cheese and chips over the top.
