Crust:
1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
3 cups miniature marshmallows
Topping:
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1 - 12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
2 cups rice crispy cereal
2 cups salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º
Combine all crust ingredients except marshmallows. Spread into un-greased baking dish.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Put marshmallows on and bake 2 minutes until they puff.
Remove from oven, while cooling, mix all topping ingredients except peanuts and cereal.
Melt until smooth then add peanuts and cereal.
Put on top of marshmallows. Cool in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
