8 ounces cream cheese
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 ounces Heath bar brittle

6-8 Granny Smith Apples
Unsweetened pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except Heath bar brittle. Slice 6-8 granny smith apples and soak overnight in one can unsweetened pineapple juice. Drain thoroughly. Place apples on tray and add Heath brittle to cream cheese mixture and serve.

If you have apples left over they will last several days in fridge without turning brown because of soaking in pineapple juice.
