1¾ cups pumpkin
½ cup milk
3 eggs, separated
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup water
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon spices (your choices)
1 envelope gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, sugar, egg yolks, milk, salt, spices; cook well. Add gelatin which has been softened in water to hot mixture. When mixture is cool, fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in baked pie shell. Chill.
