2 lbs. Owens hot breakfast sausage
2 - 16 oz. bags Cole slaw mix
2 pkgs. fried rice seasoning
egg roll wraps
egg whites
oil, for frying
Serve with 1 jar sweet and sour sauce

Brown sausage, drain
Add Cole slaw mix to sausage while hot.
Add two pkgs. of fried rice seasoning and mix well. Stir on hot stove with hot sausage until well mixed and the cabbage is slightly cooked.
You do not want to cook and release all the liquid in the cabbage. If you note lots of liquid, drain.
Add heaping serving spoon to corner of egg roll wrapper and roll and seal edges with egg white.
Deep fry until golden brown. Do not stack while cooking.
Makes 25 to 30 egg rolls.
