Ingredients:  
Chicken pieces (legs, breasts, etc.) with bone and skin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Cinnamon, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Butter, about 1 stick


SAUCE:
4 cloves garlic, mashed with salt
3 lemons, juiced
Juice from tray of cooked chicken

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray an 11"x14" jelly roll pan with Pam.

Sprinkle bottom side of chicken with spices. Put in pan, skin side down. Put a pat of butter at least 1/4" thick, on each piece. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces over and sprinkle with all the spices except the salt. Cook for another 30 minutes. Mash garlic cloves with the salt. Add lemon juice and the juice from the tray that remained after the chicken was cooked. Return to tray and mix well to get all the chicken flavor. Serve sauce in gravy boat.
