1 taza de pulpa de maracuyá
½ taza de azúcar
400 gr. de crema de leche
200 gr. leche condensada
¼ de taza de jugo de maracuyá

Directions:
Directions:
En una cacerola, llevar a fuego la pulpa de maracuyá y el azúcar hasta que se forme un jarabe. Dejar enfriar.
Batir con una batidora eléctrica, la crema y la leche condensada.
Con la ayuda de una espátula, mezclar el jugo de maracuyá, finalmente mezclar el jarabe hecho anteriormente.
Llevar al congelador durante al menos 3 horas.
