1 Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 Tablespoons of Sugar
3 Tablespoons of melted Butter
5 Packages (8 oz each) Softened Cream Cheese
1 Cup of Sugar
3 Tablespoons of Flour
1 Tablespoons of Vanilla
3 Eggs
1 Cup of Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Mix the crumbs , 3 Tablespoons of sugar, and butter. Press onto 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Mix Cream Cheese, 1 cup of sugar, flour, and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, on low speed after each addition. Blend in sour cream. Pour over crust.

Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Run Knife around rim of pan. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
