3 cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ baking soda
2 ½ cup sugar
1 ½ Tablespoon poppy seeds
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cup evaporated milk
1 ⅓ cup oil
3 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat 2 minutes.
Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Pour batter into loaf pans and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
