2 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 C. Crisco shortening
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix 1 C. flour with the salt and shortening. Add remaining flour and water and mix thoroughly. Divide dough into two balls and roll each ball out on a floured surface. this recipe makes two pie crusts.
