Grace's Pecan Pie Recipe

4 eggs, beat lightly
1 C. sugar
1 C. light Karo
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 C. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs lightly with fork. Add sugar, Karo, butter, vanilla and pecans. mix with a spoon. pour into a pie crust. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes then turn down the stove to 350º and bake an additional 30-40 minutes. You might want to cover only the edges of the crust with foil to keep crust from getting too brown. Pie should be firm in the middle.
