Lasagne Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
lb. Albertsons breakfast sausage or italian sausage
1 medium onion (diced)
1 garlic cloves
2 jars of spaghetti sauce
16 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. oregano (split)
tbsp. basil
tsp. salt
2 lbs. mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef and sausage, add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until onions are done. Add spaghetti sauce, seasonings (1 tablespoon of oregano; 1/2 tablespoon basil, salt) simmer for awhile.

Mix cottage cheese with egg, 1 tablespoon of parsley and 1 tablespoon oregano together in a bowl.

Grate cheese

Boil lasagne noodles.

Pour a little sauce in 13x9 baking dish, layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 cheese, Repeat.

Cook 350 for approximately one hour or until cheese is brown.
