1½ cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

½ cup oil
2 Tbsps milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, salt and sugar until blended. Add the oil and milk and continue mixing.
Pat out with hands in the pie plate and flute the edges.

This recipe is excellent for pie shells or one crust pies, and it doesn't soak up the pie ingredients.
It's flakey and delicious
