1/4 Equal sweetener
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 medium size green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped small
3 celery ribs, diced
1 can(15 oz) sweet peas, rinsed and drained
1 can French cut green beans(15 oz) , rinsed and drained
1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
1 7oz. jar of pimento, undrained
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first three ingredients together in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Make sure sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool for 30 min. Stir together bell peppers, and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl. gently stir in dressing. Cover and chill for 8 hours.

*If using regular sugar, use 1/4 cup(i think!)
