1 box lemon cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. butter extract
1 pkg vanilla or lemon pudding mix

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour bunts pan

Beat cake mix, butter, eggs milk, extract and pudding until a thick batter is formed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes until done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.

Prepare sauce
Melt butter over medium heat, stir in lemon juice, sugar and salt. Cook until simmering, remove from heat and stir in extract.
Poke several holes in cake using a long skewer and pour sauce over cake. Let completely cool in pan, remove to serving dish and dust with icing sugar.
